Delivery Dates + Installation times

Delivery will be available between March 24-April 10

If you require a delivery and installation on a particular date and time outside our regular service hours please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. For special requests and or orders please call us direct (403)-614-1628

Orders must be placed 2 days prior to selected delivery date

Our Guarantee + Refund policy

We guarantee our outdoor work for minimum 48 hours after the order has been received. However if you are not satisfied with the quality or longevity please send us an email to hello@henandchicks.ca within the first seven days of receiving the order. We require 1-2 photos, a small description, along with the order number in order for us to issue a credit.

We do not issue credits but will do a one time replacement for any affected stems within the seven days. After this we do not guarantee the planters and will no longer supply a touch up service.
